Return Policy

At Elevte, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
